How does this work? What are the steps?
We have a simple three step process:
1) Book a call to schedule an assessment
2) Get an offer and choose the best option for you
3) Schedule the closing to get your money

How long does the process take?
Our process can take as little as a week or as long as you want it to take. If you want to close quickly, we can do that. If you want to stay in your house until you find a new house, we can do that too. You just let us know what works for you and we'll work with you. Our process takes the stress out of selling your house.

Are you going to list my house on the MLS and take a commission?
No, we are not real estate agents. We buy houses. When you sell to us, you pay $0 in commissions.

Do I have to fix anything before I sell my house?
No, we buy houses as is and without any repairs. We like to fix up houses that are cluttered, dirty, ugly, and needing repairs. Are the gutters hanging off of the house? Is your air conditioner not working? Are there holes in the roof? Has the house been vacant for years? We don't mind. We will still buy your house.

What if I am behind on my payments?
That's okay. We can help with that too. We can take over payments. We can catch up on the payments. Sometimes people get behind on mortgage payments, tax bills, utility bills, credit card bills, etc. We understand that things happen and we want to help you get out of a bind. Let us show you how.
