About Us

My wife and I began buying homes in 2016.  We started with a small house near Wake Forest University.  We fixed that little house up and made a nice rental out of it.  We have since bought many other single and multifamily properties.  We enjoy getting to know the sellers that reach out to us.  We love sitting down with them and figuring out how best to solve their problems.

We find this work really rewarding.  We get to meet new people and, hopefully, get to help them realize their goal of getting rid of a property that was once a blessing but now has become a burden.  To see the look of relief in a sellers eyes when we find a solution that works for them is priceless.  It's what keeps us coming back for more.  We find that this business is a business of people.  If we help enough people get what they want, we will get what we want.  It's as simple as that.  We try to treat people with respect and help them in any way that we can.
